Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 C Wheat (whole hard wheat) 1 C Milk 2 eggs 1/2 applesauce 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 C buttermilk (1/2 C milk 1 tsp vinegar) Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high and for 2 minutes. IF you do not have a "great" (aka Blendtec) blender you will have to grind your wheat before putting the ingredients in blender. The batter will be thin but they puff up wonderfully. Be careful to not pat down, let them fill with air and if possible only flip once. With these little yumminessess I never feel guilty smothering them with my Buttercream Syrup. ENJOY!
